Schedule a class. You can use the link below to launch our online scheduler.
Before participating in classes an evaluation will be performed with an instructor to determine your starting point and scalability. We offer Intro Courses to those that will need individual attention in learning the exercises and method of followingalong in the program. goCrossFit WODs (Workout Of the Day) may be performed individually in the Performance Roomafter completing our IntroCourse.
Our website www.goCrossFit.com will also be available for reviewing exercises, WODs, andposting comments for our trainers.
