We are now halfway through our Zone vs Paleo challenge! I hope everyone is feeling great and enjoying the benefits of good nutrition. At this point, everyone should be noticing that your waistlines and WOD times are both going down. Make sure you get measured before the WOD one day this week so you can have an objective measurement of your fat loss and/or muscle gain thus far. If you haven’t made as much progress as you would have liked, talk to a coach about what changes you can make achieve your desired results.
