Foam Roll x 5mins

2 rounds
5 pushups
10 back extensions
5 Romanian deadlifts
5 deadlifts

WOD
10 rounds for time:
15 deadlifts
15 pushups

L3: 135/95
L2: 115/75
L1: 95/65
On ramp: scale as needed

    oooo, we did this one at CrossFit Prime the other week. It DE-STROY-ED me!! It probably didn’t help that Janet and I were racing like fiends the entire time. I was ahead until the last two rounds, sigh… :-)
